Teaching Interests
Deen teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in British modernism and in women’s literature.
Research/Creative Activity
Stella Deen’s research focuses on early twentieth-century non-canonical novelists and on cultural struggles to identify categories of readers, analyze and shape their tastes, and reach them in forums such as magazines and anthologies.
Awards, Honors & Recognition
She was awarded the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Service in 2007.
