Electrical Engineering student wins mathematical contest… for the second time!
His name is Sriharsha Neelamraju, and he is an international undergraduate student from India.
The contest is an annual event created and organized by the Mathematics Department (http://www.newpaltz.edu/math/), and is called “Integration Bee”. It is basically an elimination competition similar to a “spelling bee’, the main difference residing on the skill on which the contestants are tested: instead of being the ability to spell words correctly, it is the ability to integrate a given mathematical function in a limited amount of time.
Congratulations Sriharsha for another fantastic performance!
