Despite the torrential rains – and the long distances to get here – 10 prospective students, and their family, showed up to the Engineering Open House.

'The Flame of Wisdom', a symbolic sculpture located in front of the ECE (Electrical and Computer Engineering) building.

Welcoming remarks were given by Daniel Jelski, Dean, School of Science and Engineering.

Also by Baback Izadi, Chair of the ECE Department...

...And finally, by Steve Bogart, President of the Engineering Advisory Board.

A book award for $500 was awarded to Neil Berry.

A visiting parent said she saw, “a big family on the stage”! And she thought her son should become part of this family. Therefore, here is our future Engineering Scholar!
