Engineering Student Florence Nelson is one of the two SUNY New Paltz 2007 Co-Valedictorians

On December 14 2007, engineering student Florence Nelson was recognized in the SUNY New Paltz Outstanding Graduate Reception. The next day, she was honored as one of the two SUNY New Paltz 2007 Co-valedictorians at the commencements (the other student to share this top honor was Mary Corbin, from the Department of Communication Disorders).
The Faculty of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department wishes to express their feelings on Florence’s fantastic achievements: “Florence, congratulations on a job superbly done; we are very proud of you! It was a real pleasure to have you as a student. We are absolutely certain of your future success as a graduate student at the SUNY Albany College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.”
