Students in the Elementary Education Childhood (grade 1-6) and Early Childhood (Birth-grade 2) curriculum take selected course work under advisement to fulfill the College's General Education requirements. All New Paltz students, with 30 credits and a GPA of 2.75 or better, must see the Education Advisor (OMB Room 105) concerning the education curricular programs meeting the general education requirements.
