EED375 Teaching Reading in the Elementary School I

Introduction to emergent literacy in the primary classroom, use of reading procedures, skills, techniques, and materials for instruction in areas such as phonemic awareness, word analysis, and comprehension in reading, writing, listening, speaking and visual literacy.

  • Must be enrolled in the following level: Undergraduate
  • Must be enrolled in one of the following field(s) of study (major, minor or concentration): Childhood Education 1-6 (630), Childhood Education B-2 (599), Early Childhood & Chld Ed B-6 (601)
  • May not be enrolled in the following class: Freshman
