The Office of the Information Associate in Old Main 115A is available to assist all students in the School of Education and those interested in our programs, but makes a special effort to reach out to graduate and evening students. Besides information on the many degree programs offered by the School of Education, the office also provides information on SUNY New Paltz student services, such as registration, financial aid, scholarships, library programs, academic development, career and disability resources, and other NCATE programs on campus.
In addition to this, students currently enrolled in SUNY New Paltz education programs can get assistance with the teacher certification process, including information on fingerprint clearance, certificate applications, program codes, required NYSTCE testing, and mandatory training workshops.
