Requirements for Admission to the Dual Diploma Program
Conditional Acceptance
Conditional admittance is based upon acceptance into the program at one of our partner Turkish institutions. Students will receive a letter stating their conditional acceptance to SUNY New Paltz upon receipt of the following documents:
- Submitted online application
- ÖSYM score
- Diploma (Lise Diplomasi)
Full Acceptance
In order to earn full admittance to SUNY New Paltz, we need to receive documentation of a passing TOEFL score. We currently accept only the internet-based test (iBT), the official paper-based test (pBT) sponsored by ETS or an institutional TOEFL administered by a SUNY representative. Official test results from the TOEFL must be submitted to SUNY New Paltz. The required minimum scores are outlined below.

*We can also accept a score of 6.5 or greater on the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Academic Purposes test.
