Campus Wide Energy Management Systems Upgrades

DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND:
The college has a need for upgrades, improvements and renovations to its Energy Management Systems (EMS) campus wide. This work is being driven by the system's present condition and specifically, Executive Orders 111 and 142, the State of New York Renewable Portfolio standard and considerations to EPA Energy Star directives, the SUNY Clean Energy Strategy Planning Task Force recommendations and the SUCF standards, specifically to reduce energy use to the lowest possible level, reducing operating costs and extending the useful life of said systems.
UPDATES:
The program report from Sage Engineering is complete and has been reviewed by campus personnel. The report has been sent back to the engineer and a scope will be put together that meets the campus's needs.
