Residence Hall Roof Replacement - College and Shango Halls

DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND:
The roofs at College Hall and Shango Hall need to be replaced due to their age and general poor condition.

UPDATES:
The roofing material is down on College Hall. Most of the main roofing work is complete except for a few punch list items that still remain. This punchlist will be worked on over the Thanksgiving break with the roof being complete over the winter break.
