“This past year, I made the decision to include the University in my will. As a first-generation college graduate who majored in Elementary Education, I wanted my legacy gift to support student teachers who are pursuing their education degrees. I credit SUNY New Paltz with opening my world to new experiences and opportunities. I'll be forever thankful for the four years I grew into an adult while there!

FEATURED QUOTE

“Investing in the professional development of our teachers will show a renewed commitment to achieving literacy for all of New York’s children. New York can again lead in P-12 education. Our future success demands we deliver on the promises of education and the mission to address the problems, needs and solutions our communities need — through what we say, think and write, yes, but also through what we do.”
