On April 9, 2008a letter of notification will be mailed to the candidate’s local address. Undergraduates eligible to be considered for honors are candidates with a GPA of 3.30 or higher. This ranking is based on work completed at New Paltz as of the end of the Fall 2007 semester. Candidates may purchase an Honor Cord at the College Bookstore by bringing their notification letter with them as proof of their Honor status.  

Greek Honors
Certain Sororities and Fraternities honor their members with academic honors. Check to see if your Greek Organization provides such honors.
