1. Complete the Graduating Senior Survey (if you are an undergraduate student) or the Graduate Exit Survey (if you are a graduate student).
2. On the last page of the survey, click on the link that says, "Click here to get your commencement confirmation number."
3. Enter the same username and password that you use to log into my.newpaltz.edu.
4. You will be brought to a page containing your confirmation number.
