Chemistry Professor Megan Ferguson shows Kerri Degroat, senior in the Environmental Geochemical Science Program, how to analyze for anthracene using the Chemistry Department’s new GC-MS. Anthracene is a polyaromatic hydrocarbon which is a common environmental contaminant.
