Megan Ferguson Joins Chemistry Faculty

Dr. Megan Ferguson
The Chemistry Department would like to welcome Megan Ferguson who joined the faculty this fall. Megan completed her undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Geography from University of Maryland Baltimore County and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Environmental Science and Engineering from California Institute of Technology. For the past year she has been doing postdoctoral work at Occidental College. Dr. Ferguson will be teaching courses in both the Chemistry Department and the Environmental Geochemical Sciences program. Her research involves aspects of aquatic and surface chemistry applied to water quality and environmental remediation, and she will be working closely with undergraduate students.
