Remember...the Career Resource Center staff assist with all phases of career planning including: choosing a major, selecting a career, starting a job search, applying to graduate school, and assisting with ways to develop the skills and experience which enhances a college degree.

Come in for a visit! No appointment is necessary to browse through our resource library or use our computers.

Counselors are available to assist in Choosing Majors and with Career Planning. Self assessment inventories such as the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and DISCOVER, a computer based guidance system are available to assist in the decision-making process. Counselors also can help guide you to hands-on experiences, such as summer jobs, internships, or volunteer work, to help clarify your decision. Once you have selected a career field, Career Resource Center staff will help you to identify employers and research graduate programs. We also can assist in creating materials such as resumes and cover letters and provide you with job search strategies.
