It is just like cooking, they say .... only you have to be more careful measuring the ingredients.
And watching doesn't necessarily speed up the process any ...
... too many cooks ... Making precise measurements is not a cooperative endeavor, but it is OK to watch.
... and running a gel is not like making Jell-O.
