Biology Graduate Teaching College in China
04/07/2009
Ashley Wells (BS, MA Biology '05, '08) is one of several New Paltz Adjunct Faculty teaching college level courses in China this spring.

Students in this program take college level courses in Academic English, Biology, Calculus, and Macro-economics, in preparation from coming to the US next year. College credit is awarded from SUNY New Paltz. The program is run by International Academic Alliance (IAA).

The curriculum is rigorous and tough for students (as well as our instructors ... they don't speak Chinese).

Students have their own laptops and in addition to the blackboard, Ashley has a projector to deliver PowerPoint presentations.
