Major in Biochemistry!
A new addition to the School of Science & Engineering, the biochemistry major at New Paltz provides excellent preparation for dental, medical, optometry, veterinary, law, or pharmacy school, as well as graduate studies in biochemistry. A degree in biochemistry also opens doors to a variety of bachelor-level positions with laboratories, research facilities, private industry, and chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech firms.
