The SUNY New Paltz Girl's Volleyball Camp is a weeklong day camp for girl's ages 12-17. Campers will be seperated into appropriate groups by team and skill level.
The camp is designed to improve individual volleyball skills and strategies, while promoting a fun, healthy environment. Camp staff with train the athletes using drills, demonstrations, feedback and lecture. The camps will occur in the Athletic and Wellness Center on the campus of SUNY New Paltz.
Camp will focus on fundamental skills development and their relationship to game strategy. Opportunities will be provided for all campers to be adequately challenged throughout the week. Daily lessons will be tailored to guide and assist all levels with their development as a volleyball player. An emphasis will be placed on using skills in game situations.
