Purchase may be made by phone with a credit card, or at the Box Office with check, cash or credit card.

Tickets purchased in advance by phone or online will be held at the Box Office, and will be available for pick up at the Will Call window.

Refund policy:

Please be aware no refunds or exchanges offered on ticket orders. We do not accept unpaid reservations and we do not hold tickets with a credit card for payment on the night of the show. Group discounts are available - ask a box office representative for details.

Handicap accessibility:

Parker and McKenna Theatres are wheelchair accessible and equipped with assisted listening systems. Please notify the Box Office Staff when placing your order if you have any special needs.
