The SUNY New Paltz Symphonic Band, under the direction of Dr. Joël Evans, will present a concert performing the works of James Barnes, Ralph Vaughan Williams and Aaron Copland. Oboist David Kirshner (Class of 2013) will be the featured soloist in the wonderfully evocative work "Autumn Soliloquy."
