Many new students come to New Paltz as transfer students from two and four year credited colleges and universities. Because we have a good deal of experience with transfer students we have developed a seamless process to make the transition from your former institution to New Paltz a smooth and seamless one. Transfer students with a record of academic achievement at the former institution would be given every consideration for admission to New Paltz.
