Sound Clip Adventures outside the classroom
ADA: text version

New Paltz students are active! From varsity athletics to student government, the Philosophy Club to cheerleading, our students have the opportunity to choose to be a part of more than 100 different organizations. Our students also hold over 1500 leadership positions on campus. We know that college students are often short on cash, so even when your pockets are empty, you can still see a movie, go to a jazz concert, attend a semi-formal or cheer on a Hawk athletic team. Your student activity fee covers many on-campus activities. Our students also make a lot of spur-of-the-moment fun. A stop in Jazzman's Cafe for a cup of cappuccino, an impromptu trip to the Big Apple, a long walk by the campus pond, a fast game of hearts in the residence hall, these are memories that last a lifetime, and all are part of your life at New Paltz.
