During Anna’s college search she struggled to figure out what she really wanted in a college. After searching she realized everything she wanted was at SUNY New Paltz; the location was close to home, it had a great psychology program and a beautiful campus. Anna says her professors have inspired her to not be afraid to challenge herself and they have always shown her support for both in classroom and out of classroom challenges. Anna loves living on campus because all of the campus resources are at her finger tips. In addition to being a Student Ambassador she is involved with Oasis and Haven, our peer counseling and crisis intervention center, and she is also a captain of the Cheerleading team.
