Lauren describes her college search as a daunting and at times overwhelming, but she also says it was exciting. She choose New Paltz for a variety of reasons; the scenery that far exceeded her expectations, the close proximity the school is to the town, and the variety of activities that take place on the weekends. When not in class, Lauren likes to go to one of the restaurants in town, catch a movie with a friend or just looks for one of the many activities on campus.
